electric bike?
I think this is an electric bicycle.. people are so brave here.. I would not ride that in Bombay traffic without a helmet and probably arm/leg pads too!

Love the layer on layer of Bollywood posters in the background. Do they ever get stripped back to the wall, so they can start again from scratch?
Yes, brave indeed. (or stupid, depends how you look at it, no?).
I am not very sure, but my guess is that the law requires a helmet for scooter and motorbikes, and perhaps for not riding this moped. It is good to see electric vehicles catching up, although very slowly.
