another old building
Down in "town" as we call it here, there are lots of these old dilapatated buildings. I always say how beautiful this city would be if they would just fix up these old buildings - but it might also take away some of the charm.

Yes, beautiful! To restore it to its original glory I don't believe would destroy the charm of the old city. I'm thinking of Alexandria's Old Town as an example.
