receeding water
After being blasted by rain all day yesterday, we had a lull last night which allowed a lot of areas to return to normal. But, it all started again today! Its not near as bad as yesterday though and water levels are starting to receed, which is good to see.

Looks like a boat would be better than a bus!
buses are about the only thing that continues to go when it rains that much. since they are higher off the ground, they can go through much deeper water than the other modes of transport
I think a sky train would work nicely, those never touch the ground, after all India is the train capitol of the world isn't it?
