padmasana
Padmasana or "lotus pose", the staple pose of all types of yoga. This photo was taken at the Yoga Institute in Santa Cruz, which claims to be the oldest organized center for yoga in the world. Many of the windows at the institute have these grates over the windows, which I thought looked cool with the light coming through.

I like Yoga, so this is an interesting pose (I mean post).
Very beautiful photo. Don't know if it is my connotation of yoga, but even the window seems peaceful, restful and serene.
