Wanted!

This is the first time I've seen a Wanted poster in India! It was located at a toll booth on one of the hiways leading out of Mumbai. Anyone want to tell me what they are wanted for?!

Robbers!!! The poster says these guys have committed Robbery in various parts of Thane, Maharashtra...person giving info on any of these guys would get 1 lakh rupees (100,000)
