leftovers?
Today driving through Dadar we passed through this area that had Buddhist flags all over - is it leftovers from yesterday's festivities or something else? Can anyone let me know what the billboard says?!

The sign says "hindi classes now forming" ;-)
Well those flags are from a political party called "Maharashtra Navnirman Sena" (Maharashtra redevelopment group).
The billboard says, they have organised dahi-kala (yogurt pot breaking) competetion. Whichever team takes the challange and break the pot, gets prize money.
