waiting and waiting

 
When I first moved to Mumbai there were very few traffic signals, lots of traffic, but somehow it seemed to work just fine. Occasionally you would have a major tie up, but often you managed to keep moving one way or another. Now, we are advancing - we have traffic signals and 5 minute red lights. And this is all I get to see for those 5 minutes!
