Sleeping watchman
This is a common sight througout Mumbai - building watchmen fast asleep! Luckily the city is relatively safe or else all of our homes might be burgled daily! (And these are the people who come knocking at our doors during diwali looking for money!)

no, just the person i was with who said "don't do that. thats not nice!"
normally if someone else would have been around they would have yelled to wake him up - happens to me everytime i try to get these type of photos!

other side of this photo, does suggest the exploiting story...private securiry here is exploited to the limits, men render more than 14-16hrs a day and don't even have relevers for bio-breaks...the agency who recruits them comes only to collec the money from the establishment and pay these folks very less compared to their collection... They don't even have insurance cover if they die on the duty ...
i have seen men wearing out and aging fast...the govt as usual does a bliend eye...
Thanks for bringing this up! some day we will see some tight reforms to protect and respect individuals...
