I have no idea what this "carrier" is for - but I've never seen them so nicely painted before! This was taken in town - where you rarely see bull carts of this type. I didn't see any bulls, so I would have to assume this was is being pulled by a person. But he was also no where to be seen! Shiva, the painting on it is a Hindu God
