Today is Republic Day and is a dry day (no alcohol sales)! All through the neighborhood are little parades like this one, lots of singing, fireworks and talking over loud speakers!

Though it is republic day of India, this boy is not carrying Indian tri-color. This is a party flag. Either he has more importance to party or he does not know the meaning of Republic Day...
Don't laugh, there are many within who does not know difference between Independece day and repubic day!! They are "educated" too ;-)
