Panipuri

Here is a photo of the wonderful Indian street snack panipuri. These fried hollow balls known as "puri" are filled with a watery mixture of tamarind, chili and potato. You must eat them fast because the chef keeps them coming!

I love street food. Never had panipuri, though. I'll look for it next time I pass by an Indian eatery (although I am pretty sure they won't taste as nice as those made in India).
