beanbags by phone?
This is a brillent marketing scheme thats been going on in Mumbai for the last few years (at least). When I first moved here I thought a bean bag would be a great addition to my house and even called to inquire, but they were charging 3,000 rupees (68USD) for one, which I felt was outrageous! There is also an urban legend that says the beanbag ads are a front for a high class escort service, but i cannot get any confirmation on this!

Well U could have enquired the size of the bean bags or what colors they came in.....
i have been captivated by this marketing plan for the two years that i've been traveling to bombay. we FINALLY called the number and got the location of the store, it's in Bandra. We asked the guy who paints, he said that the guy works at night. But then he got all pissy and didn't think we were really there to buy a beanbag. They do have beanbags, but it's still kind of a weird store.
I'll probably go again since I actually need to buy 1 or 2 beanbags for our office.
